ASC’s 37th Annual Luncheon is Almost Here!

Day-Of Details
To avoid long delays at the valet, the Thompson Dallas has generously opened a second valet stand on Elm Street. Attendees driving to the Luncheon should use the valet stand on Elm Street (just after passing Akard Street). To minimize traffic, we suggest that attendees access Elm Street (which is one-way) using St. Paul. Akard Street often becomes congested near the hotel.
The Luncheon will be held in the National Ballroom on the 4th floor.
At 11 a.m., please join us for a VIP Reception in the 5th floor Mezzanine area. The VIP Reception will include a step-and-repeat photo line with our keynote speaker, Chef Kwame Onwuachi!
Finally, if you are sponsoring the luncheon and have not provided your complete attendee list, please send it to Co-Chair Devon Sharp (devon.sharp@galderma.com) as soon as possible. Avoiding food waste is extremely important to our beneficiary, Crossroads Community Services. We need an accurate head count to ensure the luncheon is successful — and not wasteful!
Volunteer Opportunities
Because this year’s luncheon will also feature a raffle, we need volunteers to assist on the day of the luncheon. Day-of volunteer opportunities include:
Registration before the luncheon, 11 a.m. to noon
Raffle, 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Registration, noon to 1 p.m.
Raffle volunteers will go from table to table, confirming ticket purchases and collecting tickets. If you know any high school or college students who need community service hours, this is a great way for them to participate!

ASC is proud to have raised more than $5 million for DFW non-profits since 2015.
