If you are sponsoring the luncheon and have not yet provided your attendee list, please send it to Co-Chair Devon Sharp at devon.sharp@galderma.com as soon as possible.
Avoiding food waste is extremely important to our beneficiary, Crossroads Community Services, so we need an accurate head count to ensure the luncheon is successful and not wasteful!
Volunteer Opportunities
We need volunteers to assist with setting up. The Thompson Dallas has graciously allowed us to begin setting up on Thursday, June 20, at 11 a.m.
Because this year’s luncheon will also feature a raffle, we need volunteers to assist on the day of the luncheon. Day-of volunteer opportunities include:
Registration before the luncheon, 11 a.m. to noon
Raffle, 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Registration, noon to 1 p.m.
Raffle volunteers will go from table to table, confirming ticket purchases and collecting tickets. If you know any high school or college students who need community service hours, this is a great way for them to participate!

For over 35 years, ASC has raised money for local non-profit organizations that benefit women, children, and/or families. ASC is proud to have raised more than $5 million for DFW non-profits since 2015.
