5k Volunteers Needed!
Race day: The 5K is a big event, and we REALLY need lots of strong volunteer support to ensure it runs smoothly. If you could volunteer your time for one, two, or all three Race Day shifts, we would be incredibly grateful.
Race bags: Help us fill our race bag with sponsor swag, coupons, and other materials. Our race bags set us apart from other 5k races and are a great way to promote ASC and CCS. We will fill race bags on Saturday, February 10. Please sign up to help if you can help!
Packet pick-up: Help us with race packet pickup at one of two 7-Eleven locations (Dallas or Plano) on Sunday, February 11.
Call for Tables / Tents:If you have 6 ft. tables and/or 10’ x 10’ tents that ASC may use on race day, please reach out to Telisa Schelin.
Register for the Heart & Sole 5K
The 14th Annual Heart & Sole 5k is right around the corner, and our registration link is officially live! Please join us at Oak Point Park in Plano on Saturday, February 17, and promote the race to your family, friends and coworkers. Runners, walkers, children, and dogs are all welcome! And stick around after the race for breakfast, live music, and family-friendly activities, including a bounce house, face painters, and a balloon artist. Mark your calendar and register today!
